Merchandise & Digital Products

All merchandise and digital product purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

1:1 Consultations

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Charges appear on your statement as CREMA AVENUE. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Crema Avenue reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide supporting documentation, including order confirmations, proof of delivery, booking records, and customer communications.

Customer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights to dispute unauthorized transactions, billing errors, or purchases protected under applicable law.
