Cancellation & refund policy
All 1:1 consultation bookings are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Customers may reschedule their consultation one time at no additional charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice before their scheduled appointment. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the session without a refund or complimentary rescheduling.
If Crema Avenue must cancel your consultation, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
